Organized by the 2022 batch, this tournament has become a highly anticipated event. We, at SAR Tech, are thrilled to have had the opportunity to broadcast this event, while Mission 90 News proudly served as the media partner to deliver the matches to a wider audience. Here, we share our journey of how exciting and rewarding it has been to cover this event for our school’s passionate football community.
Background of the Tournament
The Coronation Champions Trophy is an initiative by the juniors of the 2022 batch and has quickly become one of the most anticipated football tournaments in Balla Coronation High School & College. This year, players from different classes are participating, showcasing their football skills and hard work, offering pure entertainment for football enthusiasts.

Theme Song and Performance
One of the key highlights of the tournament was the theme song, performed by SAR Music World. The song was brought to life by the talented vocalist Sumon Parvez, with composition and music arrangement by Sohan Ahmed. Our Role in the Broadcast
We, SAR Tech, were responsible for the technical aspects of broadcasting this thrilling tournament. Our team was tasked with capturing the excitement on the field, the emotions of the players, and every critical moment of the matches. Broadcasting the event live every day has been both a joyous and challenging experience. Meanwhile, Mission 90 News took on the role of media coverage, delivering the broadcast to a broader audience and ensuring it reached football enthusiasts beyond the school grounds.

Using the Classroom as a Control Room
One of the unique aspects of our broadcast setup was transforming one of Balla Coronation High School & College’s classrooms into a fully functional control room. From this makeshift control center, SAR Tech managed all the technical aspects of the live broadcast. Computers, cameras, and sound equipment filled the space where students normally attend classes, turning it into the nerve center of our operation. This classroom-turned-control room became a hub of coordination, ensuring the broadcast ran smoothly.

Team Roles in the Broadcast
The success of our broadcast team was the result of the combined effort of each member. Here’s how our team contributed:
Technological Challenges and Solutions
To ensure a seamless broadcast, SAR Tech used modern technology and equipment, ranging from camera setups to live-streaming platforms. However, the technical side of broadcasting brought its own set of challenges. The control room in the classroom helped us coordinate and troubleshoot, ensuring we stayed on top of any issues that arose. Despite occasional technical difficulties, we made sure to address them quickly, ensuring viewers had the best possible experience.

Audience Response:
Thanks to the partnership between SAR Tech and Mission 90 News, we received fantastic responses from viewers throughout the tournament. Many spectators, who couldn’t be present at the ground, expressed their gratitude for bringing the match’s excitement to their screens. Their appreciation motivated us to keep improving and delivering quality broadcasts every day.
Interviews and Memorable Moments

One of the most enjoyable parts of our job was interviewing the players after the matches. From hearing the victorious captains’ thoughts to the Man of the Match sharing their experiences, these moments brought a new level of connection between the players and the audience.

Conclusion
Being a part of the Coronatian Champions Trophy broadcast team has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Not only has it enhanced our technical skills, but it has also deepened our love for football. The classroom we used as a control room became a second home for us, a place where creativity and coordination met to produce something special. Thanks to SAR Tech for handling the technical broadcast and Mission 90 News for taking the media coverage to the next level. We are grateful to everyone involved—players, organizers, and viewers—and hope to be part of more such events in the future. Together, we can continue to build on Balla Coronation high School & College’s proud legacy.
